Opened in September of 2006, YOGAlicious is moving gracefully into its
fourth year of business in downtown Spartanburg.
Located in the heart of downtown Spartanburg in the Palmetto Building
between Dunbar and East Main Street, YOGAlicious is convenient
to local businesses, restaurants, and shops.
Inside the YOGAlicious Studio
Adrienne Ables, Monica Foster, and Catherine Querin (front row left to right)
were each instructing at various sites throughout Spartanburg
when they met and decided to combine their efforts to
create a central location that could provide yoga to the entire community.
The studio now has 12 instructors who have a collective of over
2500 hours of training and certifications.

YOGAlicious offers classes 7 days a week and provides a warm and welcoming space for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. The schedule offers classes for everyone, from the absolute beginner to the seasoned practitioner.
YOGAlicious offers Childrens' Yoga on Saturdays at 11:00 am
